Experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager within retail or hospitality A hands-on leadership style with a passion for achieving targets Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, solution-focused mindset Flexibility to travel within a 45-minute radius to support nearby stores The ability to prioritise, delegate and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
