We're looking for an Onsite Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a busy onsite account, working closely with our client and temporary workforce.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, people-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Assisting with workforce management and worker engagement.
- Processing weekly payroll and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitoring attendance and workforce KPIs.
- Building positive relationships with workers and client contacts.
- Handling worker queries and resolving issues.
- Supporting operational meetings and account administration.
- Ensuring high levels of service delivery across the account.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Previous administration, customer service, or recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
