Robert Walters is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join an established business in Stockport. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in sales or account management who enjoys building relationships and wants to move into a more customer-focused role, with a commercial edge.
The Role
Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, resolving queries efficiently.
Process orders and maintain accurate customer records.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
Work towards team and individual KPIs while maintaining high service standards.
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales, account management or customer service.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
Comfortable working towards targets, with an eye for commercial opportunities.
What's On Offer?
£26,500-£28,000 salary.
Potential bonus scheme.
Monday-Friday working hours.
Stockport-based office, with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays following training.
25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, pension and additional benefits.
