Hours: Full time, permanent, Monday – Friday
Location: Bathgate and Newbridge
The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Operations Manager to lead our Commercial Vehicle operation across Scotland. This key leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, controlling operational costs and developing high-performing teams.
What You Will Be Doing
- Driving profitable growth through outstanding service delivery and customer retention.
- Leading and developing operational teams across Scotland to achieve exceptional performance.
- Maximising fleet utilisation, productivity and operational efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Taking ownership of regional performance, budgets and cost control.
- Working closely with Sales, Account Management and Support functions to support business growth.

- Proven operational leadership experience with strong commercial awareness.
- Track record of delivering growth and improving operational performance.
- Strong financial acumen and cost management experience.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people development capability.
