Our AI-first platform changes that: our agents capture requests, route approvals, onboard suppliers, flag risk and track every renewal, while anyone in the business can ask a question and get an answer grounded in their own company’s data.

Задачи:

• Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across Omnea’s 10 engineering teams
• Source, engage, and recruit Senior product engineers in London’s highly competitive market
• Build and maintain a warm pipeline of passive candidates—the best engineers are rarely on the market
• Shape and champion the engineering EVP
• Partner with engineering leadership to define and uphold a high hiring standard, even as we grow quickly
• Design and refine the hiring process to reduce time-to-hire without compromising on quality
• Think creatively about Omnea’s presence to candidates, including brand, content, community, and events
• Own your pipeline metrics and know your numbers

Требования:

• 3+ years in an engineering-focused agency
• 2+ years in-house at a respected, fast-paced London tech startup dedicated to engineering hiring
• Experience scaling an engineering team from around 20 to over 100 engineers
• At least 5 years of engineering hiring experience in total
• Deep knowledge of London’s competitive engineering market
• Active contributions to an engineering EVP
• Ability to have informed, credible conversations with Senior and Staff-level product engineers about why Omnea is worth their time
