Key Responsibilities:* Manage and coordinate repair service requests efficiently, ensuring timeline and communication with customers and technicians.* Schedule appointments and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service activities, work orders, and customer interactions.* Liaise with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries andupdates.What we're looking for:* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.* Proven experience in an administrative role*Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Apply now!
