£60,000-£70,000 + Car + Package | £4m Medical Centre

Take ownership of a quality construction project.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a £4m medical centre in Didcot, Oxfordshire, for an established regional main contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Site Manager who takes pride in running an organised, safe and well‑managed site, delivering a quality product and keeping the project team moving in the right direction.

You will play a key role in driving the project forward, managing subcontractors and ensuring the medical centre is delivered to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking day-to-day responsibility for site operations.


• Driving the construction programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved.


• Managing subcontractors, labour, materials and site logistics.


• Maintaining excellent health and safety standards across the site.


• Ensuring quality control procedures are followed throughout the build.


• Working closely with the Contracts Manager, design team and client representatives.


• Identifying and resolving site issues before they affect progress.


• Maintaining accurate site records and ensuring works comply with specifications.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Site Manager working for a main contractor.


• Exposure to healthcare, commercial, public sector or similarly complex construction projects.


• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.


• Good programme awareness and the ability to drive progress.


• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.
