Class 1 Driver - EH28 & G32 (Flexible Multi-Site Role)

Location: Edinburgh (EH28) & Glasgow (G32)

Pay Rates:
\n
- \n
- £17.89 per hour (Between 08:00 and 19:00) \n
- £20.54 per hour (Between 19:00 and 08:00) \n
- Minimum 40 hours guaranteed per week \n
- \n

We're looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver to work across both our Edinburgh and Glasgow operations. This is a varied role offering a mix of airport runs, trailer swaps, collections and deliveries, making it ideal for a flexible driver who enjoys different shift patterns and routes.

What You'll Be Doing:
\n
✅ Airport collections and deliveries
\n
✅ Double-manned trunking runs
\n
✅ Trailer swaps to East Midlands
\n
✅ Local collections and deliveries
\n
✅ Working from both EH28 and G32 depots
\n
✅ Rotating shift pattern including days, backs and nights
\n
\n

Requirements:

- Class 1 (C+E) Licence \n
- Minimum 1 year's Class 1 experience \n
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card \n
- Ability to obtain airport clearance \n
- Basic Disclosure required \n
- 5-year employment history check (any gaps of 28 days or more must be evidenced) \n
- Completion of a DBS for airport access \n
\n
\n
This role would suit someone based centrally between Glasgow and Edinburgh, with flexibility to travel between both sites.
