The department is thriving, supported by a 2 years PQE Solicitor and a senior Paralegal who together deliver a high‑quality, efficient and client‑focused service. As the team grows, they are seeking someone whose experience sits between these two levels a confident, capable Residential Property Fee Earner ready to step into a role with genuine progression, autonomy and support.

The Role

This is an opportunity to join a busy, well‑structured conveyancing team handling a varied caseload of:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build matters
• Shared ownership transactions

You’ll be stepping into a department with strong workflows, excellent administrative support and a reputation for delivering clear, practical advice that clients trust.
