Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to EYFS and KS1 frameworks.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning journeys.
• Collaborate with support staff and parents to ensure the holistic development of every child.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and student safety.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching certification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and/or Key Stage 1 (KS1) curriculum.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive rapport with children.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
