No manufacturing experience needed – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED! No weekends and a fantastic shift pattern!

We're recruiting for an established and growing manufacturing business in Tonbridge looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Manufacturing Operative to join their team.
Whether you already have manufacturing experience or simply enjoy practical, hands-on work, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn, develop and build a long-term career. Full training is provided, so the right attitude and willingness to learn are what really matter!
What will you be doing?
Learning a variety of manufacturing and production processes.
Producing high-quality products with care and attention to detail.
Working alongside a friendly, experienced team.
Helping keep production running smoothly.
Following safe working procedures.
Keeping your workspace clean and organised.
Using your practical skills to overcome everyday challenges.
The shifts – and here's the good news!
You'll rotate between two shifts:
6am – 2pm
2pm – 10pm
NO WEEKENDS! Plus, every other Friday on the late-shift rotation is OFF, giving you an even earlier start to your weekend!
What are we looking for?
Someone practical who enjoys hands-on work.
Reliable, hardworking and positive.
Keen to learn and develop new skills.
Good attention to detail and quality.
A team player with a great attitude.
Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.
Previous manufacturing experience would be useful, but isn't essential as full training is provided.
Important: A full driving licence and access to your own car are essential due to the location and shift times. You'll also need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of Tonbridge.
