This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.Our service provides a mix of supported accommodation and outreach, supporting with a wide range of needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health conditions. As Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality care at all times. You will play a key role in leading, supporting, and developing a dedicated team, fostering a positive environment where colleagues feel valued, confident, and able to perform at their best.We are looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and solution-focused, with the ability to prioritise and respond to changing needs while maintaining a calm and supportive approach.
