What will you be doing?\n
\nAs a Primary Supply Teacher, you could be working across different year groups and schools, depending on your experience and preferences.\n
\nYour responsibilities may include:\n
\n
\n Delivering engaging lessons that have been planned by the class teacher or creating your own lessons where required\n
\n
\n• Following school policies and maintaining a positive learning environment\n
\n• Supporting pupils with their learning and development\n
\n• Managing classroom behaviour effectively\n
\n• Working alongside teaching assistants and other school staff\n
\n• Providing feedback to the school following your day\n
\n• Taking responsibility for the welfare and safeguarding of pupils in your care\n
\nSupply teaching can look different every day, which is why it is a great option if you enjoy variety and want the freedom to choose when and where you work.\n
\nWhat are we looking for?We are looking for qualified Primary Teachers who have:\n
\n• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification\n
\n• Recent experience working within a UK school environment\n
\n• A good understanding of the Primary curriculum\n
\n• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff\n
\n• Strong classroom management skills\n
\n• A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing\n
\n• A flexible and positive approach to working in different school environments\n
\n
