Kitchen Assistant. Parklands Care Home
- Rate of pay: £12.76 per hour
- Contracted hours: Part time, 16 hours per week available
- Shift Times: 8am – 6pm, working alternate weekends
Join our dedicated team at Parklands Care Home and help create an enjoyable dining experience for our residents every day.
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering high standards of food service and hygiene.
What You'll Do
- Support the preparation and serving of meals and refreshments.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Assist with washing up and general kitchen duties.
- Support residents' dietary needs and preferences.
- Work closely with the Chef and wider team to provide an excellent dining experience.
About You
- Previous catering or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.
- Positive, reliable and eager to learn.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Committed to high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Passionate about providing a great service and making a difference to residents' day.
