About the role
What will you be doing
As a care coordinator youll play a key role in making sure our outstanding care service runs like a well-oiled machine. Youll be involved in:
- Coordinating care packages and supporting the care team
- Communicating with clients families and professionals
- Helping to maintain high standards of care and compliance
- Responding to those unexpected daily challenges that come with working in care because no two days are ever quite the same
Qualifications :
What are we looking for
Were looking for someone who:
- Has experience working as a carer
- Has a genuine passion for providing outstanding care
- Is organised resilient and able to keep a cool head when things get busy
- Someone who is happy to be part of our oncall rota Monday to Friday 1 week in 5
