About the role
Our client, a forward-thinking firm in Bolton are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator or Advisor to join their Bureau team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an accountancy practice or payroll bureau and will be proficient in providing payroll services to multiple clients varying in size and complexity. Candidates from coming from industry & commerce also encouraged to apply.
The role will involve processing end to end payrolls, producing P45’s & P60’s, calculating salaries & hourly rates, dealing with statutory payments & deductions and auto enrolment.

The Role:
Managing a portfolio of clients`payrolls that will vary in size and complexity
Processing weekly, monthly and quarterly payrolls
Starters and leaver calculations
Maternity and paternity pay
Dealing with auto enrolment pension providers and uploading to their portals
Communicating with internal & external stakeholders
Expense payments, sick pay, holiday pay
Dealing with ad hoc client queries
You:
Previous practice experience or payroll bureau
Experience in processing/ managing client payroll
Strong systems and communication skills
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of auto enrolment
