Pre-sales Specialist

Kidde Global Solutions | MENA Region

Kidde Global Solutions is looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to support our Commercial Fire business across the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa).

In this role, you will help customers find the right fire detection solutions, support the sales team with technical advice and product designs, and assist customers with technical questions after a sale.

• Help the sales team select the right fire detection products and solutions for customers.
• Prepare technical designs, product recommendations and quotations.
• Join customer meetings and answer technical questions.
• Explain our products and their benefits to customers and consultants.
• Work with sales, business development and product teams to find the best solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers, partners and internal teams, both online and by phone.
• Help customers understand and use our products through training and presentations.
• Keep technical documents, product information and certifications up to date.
• Share customer feedback and information about competitor products with the team.

• 2–5 years of experience in the Fire & Life Safety industry.
• Good understanding of fire detection systems and their applications.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking with customers.
• Ability to organize your work, manage multiple tasks and work well with others.
• A customer-focused, proactive and practical approach.
