Purpose of the Job:
• To understand and work within the aims and principles of the service
• To work within a well-established Welfare Benefits team providing admin support to the Caseworker
• To develop systems in accordance with the project requirements
• Maintain detailed case records for the purpose of continuity of casework, information retrieval, statistical monitoring and report preparation
Hours: Full-time 35hrs
