Regional Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative Location: Mobile role covering Southampton, Fareham, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight Salary: £40,844.58 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Permanent The Role We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Regional Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy property maintenance team. You will carry out a varied range of domestic and commercial plumbing repairs and maintenance across local authority, education, student accommodation and commercial properties, as well as historic buildings. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults and associated multi-trade repair requests. Carry out a wide range of domestic and commercial plumbing repairs and maintenance. Install and repair various types of sanitaryware. Undertake first and second-fix pipework. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing and reactive repairs, aiming for a first-time fix wherever possible. Respond promptly to emergency repairs and resolve issues efficiently. Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota and provide additional cover when needed. Essential Skills and Experience NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years' experience working in building maintenance and/or an educational environment. Strong practical plumbing skills across domestic and commercial properties. Experience of sanitaryware installation, first and second-fix pipework, servicing and reactive repairs. Full, current UK driving licence.
