Care Assistant Opportunities – Glenrothes
Location: Glenrothes
Pay: £13.45 – £18.19 per hour
Hours: Flexible, 20-40 hours per week
Are you an experienced Care Assistant looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? ASA Recruitment is recruiting dedicated care professionals to provide support within residential care homes throughout Glenrothes.
Whether you’re looking for regular weekly shifts or greater flexibility, we have a range of opportunities available with immediate starts.
Available Shifts
- Early: 07:30 – 15:00
- Late: 14:30 – 22:00
- Night: 21:45 – 07:45
Your Responsibilities
Working as part of an experienced care team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality personal care with dignity and respect.
- Support residents with mobility and moving & assisting.
- Encourage independence wherever possible.
- Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
About You
We’re looking for caring, reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting others. Previous experience within a residential or care home setting is essential, along with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care.
