PFI Operations Manager Location: LeedsSalary: GBP65,000 - GBP70,000Working: Hybrid flexibleSector: Facilities ManagementContract: Permanent, Full-timeParking: Free on-site parking We are recruiting for an experienced PFI Operations Manager to join a growing organisation specialising in Facilities Management, PFI and estates services. You'll lead operational delivery across multiple service areas, managing teams, contract performance and commercial delivery, while helping to develop and grow the organisation's FM and digital estates offering. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business at an exciting stage of growth, with the opportunity to help shape and develop its FM, PFI and estates services Key Responsibilities Lead and develop operational teams across multiple service areasOversee Facilities Management and PFI service deliveryManage planned and reactive maintenance, supply chain and supplier performanceMonitor SLAs, KPIs, compliance and overall contract performanceManage budgets, margins, resourcing and operational performanceBuild strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersDrive improvements in processes, systems and ways of workingSupport business growth and the development of new FM and estates servicesEnsure high standards of health & safety, quality and compliance Candidate Requirements Proven Operational leadership experience within Facilities Management, with strong PFI and/or public sector estates experience Strong people management experience, including developing and supporting teamsExperience overseeing multiple contracts or service areasGood commercial understanding, including budgets, margins and financial performanceStrong understanding of SLAs, KPIs and operational performanceConfident managing senior client and stakeholder relationshipsA strong understanding of operational processes and continuous improvementKnowledge of statutory compliance and PPM
