Functional Assessor Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Location: Weston Super Mare Additional pay & bonuses: Guaranteed £2,000 salary uplift within your first year

(subject to approval milestones and contract) One-off approval bonus of 5% of salary Up to 10% annual performance bonus

based on quality and performance Working pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Part-time hours available Make a real difference in healthcare - without the shift work About the role As a Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical expertise in a new and rewarding way, carrying out functional assessments that support individuals applying for health-related benefits. This role allows you to apply your clinical judgement while enjoying regular working hours, no night shifts, and no weekend work. You'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, evidence-based assessments. Based at one of our UK centres, you'll benefit from a structured working environment, comprehensive training, and clear career development pathways. What you'll do Conduct functional assessments and produce clear, accurate, high-quality reports Use clinical judgement to assess a wide range of physical and mental health conditions Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals Maintain accurate records in line with clinical governance and quality standards Engage in ongoing training, CPD, and clinical supervision Deliver assessments with empathy, professionalism, and integrity What you'll need To apply, you must: Be a

registered healthcare professional

(Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist) Have

at least 12 months' post-registration experience

within the last 5 years Have
