About the role
Customer Experience Administrator required for a full-time, temporary contract in Durham. This is to start asap and is ongoing.
The Role
Working in a small team you will take calls from social housing tenants regarding improvement works that are being carried out on their homes. Providing a high standard of customer service, you will also support the customer care team who are based on site, liaising with them and the project manager with regards to booking the work in to be carried out. Additionally, you will carry out general admin tasks, updating the CRM to reflect conversations and appointments.
Working hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm Mon to Thurs, with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday.
The Person
If you are a people person, with strong IT skills and the ability to deal with a busy workload, in a calm and professional manner, then this could be the role for you.
Remuneration
£13.25 per hour PAYE
