About the role
Our client is looking for an Electrical Engineer - WTG to lead and co-ordinate all electrical engineering deliverables associated with offshore wind turbines. Key Responsibilities Preparation of electrical scope of works and client requirements for offshore turbine and foundation contracts. Lead on wind turbine electrical design review and approvals. Front end engineering design works for turbine foundation electrical systems. Manage electrical interfaces between turbine and foundation. Close collaboration with suppliers to ensure that the design, manufacturing, and installation process comply with contractual and industry design and quality standards. About You Extensive experience working within wind turbine design in the offshore wind industry. Knowledge of HV electrical systems within the turbine, including converters, transformers, and switchgear. Knowledge of LV electrical and cable systems.
