Sample Assistant (Fashion)

4 Week Temporary Assignment We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our fashion team in various tasks related to sample management. The ideal candidate will assist in the coordination and organization of fashion samples, ensuring they are accurately tracked, maintained, and prepared for presentations and photoshoots. Key Responsibilities: Manage the inventory of fashion samples, including receiving, cataloging, and tracking items. Assist in the preparation of samples for photoshoots, presentations, and events, ensuring all items are in pristine condition. Collaborate with stylists to understand sample needs and timelines. Maintain an organized and efficient sample storage system, ensuring easy access and retrieval of items. Support the team in various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling. Assist in the preparation of sample lookbooks and other marketing materials as needed. Help coordinate shipping and logistics for samples, ensuring timely delivery and return. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management systems. A passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends is a plus. Previous experience in a fashion-related role or internship is preferred but not required.
