Procurement Administrator

Procurement Administrator (Temp – Perm) | Witney, Oxfordshire | £15 – £17 per hour

A growing engineering and manufacturing business needs an Excel-confident Administrator to join its Manufacturing and Procurement team on a temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

What you’ll do:

• Use your Excel skills to pull together and tidy up a large procurement list so it’s complete, accurate and ready to send to an outside company for pricing.
• Cross-reference supplier and part data between spreadsheets using VLOOKUP
• Chase suppliers and colleagues for missing information
• Organise and upload engineering drawings to SharePoint
• Raise purchase orders, maintain supplier records and support wider procurement admin
• Help keep stock records and operational documentation up to date

What you’ll bring:

• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and managing large datasets
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence with SharePoint or similar systems
• An organised, self-motivated approach
• Procurement, manufacturing or engineering admin experience, or knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOM) and ERP/MRP systems, is a plus
