We’re looking for energetic, confident and enthusiastic people to join us as Teaching Assistants across schools in Newtown and the surrounding Powys area.
If you have a background in sport, coaching, fitness, PE or working with children and young people, your skills could transfer brilliantly into the classroom!
You could be a:
⚽ Sports Coach 🏉 Rugby or Football Coach 🏋️ Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor 🏃 Sports Graduate 🏀 Youth or Activity Leader 🎓 Or simply someone passionate about sport and working with children
As a Teaching Assistant, you could be:
• Supporting pupils with their learning • Helping children stay engaged and motivated • Supporting individuals and small groups • Assisting teachers with classroom activities • Using your confidence, teamwork and communication skills to make a positive impact
