An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join one of the most prestigious and longest standing North Yorkshire Law firms.
Joining a friendly and supportive team, you will manage a varied caseload of probate/private client matters.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a varied caseload of probate, estate administration, wills, trusts and LPAs
- Handling probate applications, inheritance tax matters and HMRC submissions
- Advising clients on complex estate administration and succession matters
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with relevant Private Client experience
- Strong technical knowledge of probate and estate administration
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Organised, proactive and keen to develop your career
