The Necessary Requirements
• 1–2 years as an AE closing deals, ideally SaaS, following SDR/BDR experience. • Proven ability to generate your own pipeline a true hunter mindset. • Comfort closing £20–40k ARR deals in 30–90 day cycles. • Strong familiarity with MEDDICC/BANT/Command of the Message. • Able to speak to your specific numbers and ratios with clarity. • Resilient, curious, hungry, and thrives in a scale-up culture.
