HGV Workshop Controller
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: Up to £51,000 Basic Salary
We are recruiting an experienced HGV Workshop Controller to join a busy commercial vehicle operation in Uxbridge, offering a basic salary of up to £51,000.
The Role as a HGV Workshop Controller, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, managing technician workloads and ensuring repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate jobs and manage workshop workflow.
- Monitor technician productivity and performance.
- Support and guide HGV Technicians.
- Ensure repairs and servicing meet required standards.
- Liaise with service and parts departments.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HGV Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor or Senior HGV Technician.
- Strong knowledge of HGV maintenance and repairs.
- Experience managing workloads and workshop teams.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
