Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organised, likes a busy day and takes pride in getting orders out accurately and on time?

Do you have experience in customer service, warehouse administration, dispatch, or logistics, and do you enjoy working in a busy team environment?

We’re recruiting for a well-established E-Commerce business in Blackpool seeking to add an Internal Sales Administrator to their team. Around 60% of the role will involve processing parcels and coordinating drop-shipped orders, alongside customer service and website administration support.

The business operates within the motorcycle aftermarket and parts industry, so any knowledge or interest in motorcycles would be a real advantage, although not essential.

The role:

• Processing high volumes of parcels and customer orders
• Coordinating drop-shipped deliveries and tracking orders
• Updating systems with accurate order and delivery information
• Handling customer queries over the phone and via email
• Providing general customer service support
• Assisting with website administration and product updates
• Supporting with stock and order-related administration

What we’re looking for:

• Previous administration or customer service experience
• Warehouse, dispatch or logistics administration experience would be beneficial
• Confident telephone manner
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using systems and learning new processes
• Someone proactive who enjoys keeping things organised
• Knowledge or interest in motorcycles or parts would be beneficial
