Chef Product Development – SB2505

An Excellent Opportunity to join an expanding company as a Chef with product development as an important but secondary strand this is not a dedicated development position. In this role you will be making bisque and other kitchen-made products to a consistent, premium standard. As the company grows, there is an opportunity for the right chef to also develop and launch new products and the salary will increase in line with the increased responsibilities. It is essential that you comply with the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the company at all times, including food safety and allergen management.  This position is usually daytime straight hours Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

CVs will be considered from applicants that have proven professional kitchen experience, ideally including sauces, bisques, stocks or similar preparations. Comfortable working in a small production kitchen as well as contributing at a strategic level with directors. Has an understanding of premium British food and drink and experience of shellfish and seafood preparation.
