Are you an experienced member of waiting or bar staff looking for flexible work in Crawley? Platinum Recruitment is recruiting hospitality professionals to support a busy airport hotel, offering the opportunity to pick up ad hoc shifts in a busy hotel environment.

Key responsibilities
As part of the hotel’s food and beverage team, your duties will include:
- Providing friendly and professional service to hotel guests.
- Serving food and drinks across restaurant and bar areas.
- Taking orders and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Setting up and clearing tables, keeping service areas clean and tidy.
- Supporting the team during busy service periods.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health and safety.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable hospitality professionals who can deliver great service. You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in waiting, bar work or a similar hospitality role.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work well in a busy environment.
- A flexible approach to shifts, including short-notice availability.
- A professional attitude and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
