Key Responsibilities

You’ll take ownership of sales growth across your designated territory, promoting agricultural equipment and developing strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Promote agricultural machinery and leading brands across Norfolk

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

• Generate new business through networking, prospecting and cold calling

• Identify upselling opportunities, negotiate deals and close sales

• Provide expert product advice and demonstrate equipment when required

• Deliver excellent customer service and develop long-term partnerships

• Plan customer visits effectively and maintain accurate sales administration

• Work towards sales targets and contribute to business growth

What we’re looking for

You’ll be a confident, commercially minded salesperson who understands the agricultural sector and enjoys helping customers find the right equipment for their needs.

• Proven sales experience, ideally within agricultural machinery, farming or related equipment

• Strong industry knowledge and an understanding of agricultural equipment

• A track record of winning new business, developing accounts and achieving sales targets

• Confident communication, negotiation and influencing skills

• Good organisational skills and strong Microsoft Excel knowledge

• The ability to manage your own territory and plan customer visits

• A self-motivated, reliable and professional approach

• A full, valid UK driving licence
