HR Policy Adviser

About the Job RoleAs an HR Policy Adviser, you will be responsible for the development, review and maintenance of all employment policies and associated procedures, ensuring legal compliance, operational effectiveness and alignment with Tayside Contracts' strategic objectives. You will contribute to the implementation of Tayside Contracts’ Recruitment and Retention Strategy Action Plan ensuring that the organisation remains suitably resourced, flexible, resilient, and capable of adapting to changing needs which are critical to the success of the organisation.You will be a flexible and adaptable individual who is assertive and psychologically resilient.You will have Associate Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development or equivalent qualification/experience.You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have proven ability to plan and organise work to meet objectives and work to deadlines.
