About the role
Connect Driver Solutions is recruiting a Van Driver for ongoing work with an established client based in Inverness.
You’ll be delivering glass windows and panels to customer addresses, working kerbside – so deliveries are offloaded at the roadside rather than carried into properties. It’s a steady Monday to Friday day shift with weekends off.
What’s on offer?
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Paid weekly at £14 per hour
- Kerbside deliveries only
As a Van Driver, your duties will include:
- Delivering glass windows, panels and related products to customer addresses
- Carrying out kerbside deliveries safely and carefully
- Handling fragile products with care throughout the route
- Completing all delivery paperwork accurately
To be considered as a Van Driver, you will need:
- A valid UK driving licence (Category B)
- No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
- Good physical fitness – glass products are heavy and require careful handling
- A reliable, customer-focused approach to work
