About the role
Connect Appointments is recruiting a Stock Controller for a large logistics and warehousing operation based in Leven.
Our client runs a high-volume distribution site where stock accuracy sits at the centre of the operation. This is a role for someone who likes getting to the bottom of a discrepancy rather than just recording it.

As a Stock Controller, your duties will include:
- Carrying out and verifying daily stock checks, and making sure cycle counts are processed
- Investigating discrepancies, losses and gains, and documenting the outcome
- Liaising with warehouse teams on stock movements and resolving receipt, dispatch and relocation issues
- Tracing missing stock and processing damages, destruction’s and cage maintenance
- Maintaining stock records and supporting customs and compliance controls
To be considered as a Stock Controller, you will need:
- Previous stock control experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- A valid forklift truck licence
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems
- A keen eye for detail and confident use of Microsoft Office
- Clear communication skills and a team-focused approach
