About the role
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 1 hour lunch break.
Responsible to:
Facilities Manager (South region)
Key relationships/Functional links with:
Staff at all levels, including Directors, external contractors/stakeholders.
Main Purpose of Job:
To ensure our office is professionally managed and run effectively and efficiently, providing a safe and comfortable working environment for colleagues. You will support the delivery of an excellent facilities management service to meet business needs and provide outstanding customer service.
Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
The jobholder will be expected to complete the responsibilities / accountabilities effectively in order to deliver the key objectives of the organisation.
Manage all facilities services requests for the office and operational areas, including car park.
Ensure Facilities Management service requests are properly logged in the CAFM system and responded to, resolved, and completed within SLA targets.
Assist Facilities Officer with ordering of catering and stationery supplies and assist with reporting faults for any office machinery.
Responsible for receipt of daily incoming and outgoing post.
Job Activities:
To undertake a range of specific tasks as directed by the Facilities Officer and/or Facilities Manager.
