Responsibilities in your new role as Senior Technician

As a Senior Repair Technician, your primary responsibilities will include carrying out intricate repairs including soldering repairs to printed circuit boards, repairing laptops and desktop computers, refurbishing devices to ensure peak performance, and swapping components between units as necessary. You will provide essential hardware support, ensuring that clients receive high-quality service and solutions.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To excel in this role, you should bring prior experience in diagnosing and repairing printed circuit boards, complemented by a strong working relationship with third-party vendors within the IT laptop and desktop repair/refurbishment sector.
