The Role:

• Soldering cables, wires and electrical components.
• Assembling cable components in line with work instructions.
• Testing completed products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Carrying out visual inspections and identifying defects.
• Following production processes and health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organised workspace and supporting the wider production team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous soldering, cable assembly, electronics or production experience is beneficial.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• A methodical approach to assembly and quality checking.
• Reliable, motivated and keen to learn new skills.
• A willingness to develop within a hands-on manufacturing environment.
