The Role
Join one of Central London’s premier corporate sites as a Chef de Partie, focusing on vibrant retail, counter service, and fresh pizza production. We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and organized chef with pizza-making experience to deliver high-quality, fresh food across our busy multi-counter offers for a global corporate clientele.
The Details
- Salary: £35,500 per annum
- Location: Central London
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Volume: Dealing with 500–600 daily across a busy multi-counter offer, including a fresh pizza station, premium deli bar, salad bar, and main counter
- Team: Working within a dedicated and structured team of 10 kitchen members
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily prep and service on your section, with a key focus on fresh pizza making alongside high-quality counter, deli, and salad bar offers.
- Ensure all retail and counter offers are beautifully presented, well-stocked, and consistently replenished throughout peak service times.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining a smooth, efficient service while managing high-volume requirements.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, allergen management, and kitchen hygiene across your workspace.
