We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Support Officer to join a supported housing service in Chiswick, West London. Key Responsibilities
- Support residents in maintaining their tenancies and working towards independent living.
- Conduct welfare checks and regular resident support sessions.
- Assist with support plans, safeguarding procedures, and accurate record keeping.
- Signpost residents to relevant services, community resources, and additional support where required.
- Experience in supported housing, homelessness, mental health, or a similar support environment.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- Immediate start available.
