As a Hotel Operations Manager at Crerar Hotels, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s operations. Reporting to our Cluster General Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, driving operational efficiency, and supporting a high-performing team across all departments. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive workplace culture, streamlining processes, and maintaining excellent communication throughout the hotel. With your strategic vision, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail, you will ensure that daily operations run smoothly and contribute to the overall success of the business.
