About the role
Adele Carr Recruitment - School Business Manager
Immediate Start - Office based with on site parking.
We are looking for an experienced and hands on finance individual to join a busy primary school supporting the day-to-day finance and operational functions.
The Role:
- Month end tasks
- Managing nursery fees and payments
- Complex reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Overseeing wraparound care administration and payments
- Managing payments and administration for afterschool clubs
- Responding to parent queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Supporting the school's financial administration and reconciliation processes
- Working closely with the Headteacher and school leadership team
- Managing day-to-day operational and administrative matters
- Ensuring accurate records, payments and processes are maintained
- Providing a visible and approachable presence within the school
About You
- Has previous experience working within a school environment.
- Ideally has experience working within a school, education or public-sector environment.
- Experience working within a similar role
