A growing and ambitious law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding property team in London.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload but wants to be part of a supportive, modern firm with genuine plans for growth.
The RoleYou will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Leasehold matters
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Managing transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of client service
We are interested in speaking with Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals and experienced Conveyancers who have a strong background in residential property.
You should be comfortable running your own caseload and have excellent communication and client-management skills.
