About the role
£210 per day | 8-Week Rolling Contract | Hybrid | Islington, London
We are recruiting for an organised and proactive HR Generalist to support a range of HR systems, documentation and process improvement projects on an initial 8-week rolling contract.
This hands-on role would suit someone with a strong HR administration or coordination background, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the migration and organisation of HR intranet content.
Audit and standardise job descriptions across the organisation.
Update HR policies, wellbeing resources and administrative forms.
Audit ATS user access and update HR systems and permissions.
Coordinate the internal buddying and mentoring scheme.
Update grading trackers and maintain records of international employment agreements and MOUs.
Support internal communications and induction materials.
Experience
Experience in HR administration, HR coordination, HR operations or a generalist HR role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with HR systems, data management and document formatting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written communication and IT skills.
Experience with Cezanne, Recruitee or Google Workspace would be advantageous.
