Data Entry Assistant

Charity Recruitment is recruiting for a Data Entry Assistant on behalf of a well-known international charity based in Camberwell, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong data entry and administrative skills to join a respected charity on a 3 month temporary contract with an immediate start. This role is in the office every day.

As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of information while ensuring all data is entered accurately and efficiently. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Accurately enter and update data on the organisation's database.

· Process large volumes of documents efficiently.

· Create, maintain and update electronic records.

· Carry out data validation and ensure information is accurate.

· Generate reports and assist with record management.

· Provide general administrative support as required.

· Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection procedures.

Experience

· Previous data entry or administrative experience.

· Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

· Strong computer skills, including confidence using databases and Microsoft Office.

· Good organisational and time management skills.

· The ability to work efficiently with high volumes of information.

· A reliable, proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
