Quality Manager (Defence/Aerospace) £45,000 - £55,000 + Company Benefits + Early Finish Friday + Training Abingdon, Oxford Are you a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or similar with a background in manufacturing or precision engineering, looking to join an established engineering business where you will take ownership of quality standards, processes, and continuous improvement? On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established precision engineering business producing high-quality components for specialist industries such as the aerospace and defence sectors, who support their employees long-term development. In this varied role, you will manage quality processes across the business, liaise with customers and suppliers on quality issues, interpret mechanical engineering drawings, produce inspection reports, and oversee non-conformances. You will also support calibration systems, quality control plans, final inspection reports, customer documentation packs, audits, and the improvement of inspection techniques, equipment, and processes. This role would suit a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer with experience in manufacturing environments and knowledge of inspection, GD&T, engineering drawings, CMMs, and manufacturing quality who is looking for a varied role within a precision engineering environment. The Role: Managing quality processes, inspection reporting, and customer documentation

Overseeing non-conformances, audits, calibration, CMMs, GD&T, and inspection standards

Working across multiple sectors including Defence and Aerospace

The Person: Quality Manager, Senior Quality Engineer, Quality Engineer, or similar

Knowledge of inspection techniques, engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing quality
