About the role
To develop, manage and grow strategic relationships with funders, partners and supporters across multiple income streams, maximising both financial and wider strategic value for Plantlife.
The Relationship Manager will lead the development of long-term partnerships that align with Plantlife's mission and strategic priorities, acting as the primary coordinator of organisational relationships and opportunities throughout their lifecycle.
The role will work across organisational boundaries, bringing together conservation, communications and income generation colleagues to develop opportunities, secure support and steward relationships over time

You are a friendly and ambitious individual who has the confidence to manage relationships, projects and budgets across our full portfolio of partnerships and income streams. Vital to success in this role is adaptability and agility, the ability to recognise the interests of partners and to credibly align those with Plantlife’s strategic ambitions and product offering
