Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Salary: £26,500 - £28,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Onboarding Coordinator to join a friendly and supportive team based in Harrogate. You will provide essential administrative support to new starters, enabling workers and management teams, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services.

Responsibilities of Onboarding Coordinator:

• Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new team members
• Assist with finance, communications and event administration
• Provide administrative support across ICT, learning and development, and quality compliance functions
• Maintain accurate records, systems and documentation
• Deliver efficient and effective administrative support across the organisation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure day to day operations run smoothly

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in administration or coordination
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems
• Positive, proactive and team focused approach
• Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload
• Commitment to delivering excellent service
